C. A. (Dino) Loutas, P.Eng. - Principal
Mr. Dino Loutas has over 29 years of experience in the structural engineering field and has been involved in projects of various scale and complexity. Mr. Loutas not only oversees all aspects of the design and construction phases of each project but, as a Senior Engineer, also actively supports the design team, assisting with the co-ordination of construction documents.
Alaa Elwi, Ph.D., P.Eng. - Principal
Dr. A. E. Elwi has over 33 years of experience in state of the art structural engineering research and design. He has participated in numerous large scale projects in Alberta and around the world. Dr. Elwi is responsible for the design aspects of many projects and participates in the construction phase reviews.
Hai Luu - Associate
Mr. Hai Luu has over 17 years of experience in the preparation of construction documents. As a senior structural technologist, Mr. Luu works with the design team on large scale institutional, industrial and commercial building projects.
